The Cayman Islands offer the vacation seeker many choices of accommodations with beachfront condos, vacation rentals and villas available for rent throughout the Caymans. Whether you prefer the quiet seclusion offered by Cayman Brac & Little Cayman, or the busier Seven Mile Beach area of Grand Cayman, you'll find something to suit your needs. Rates will vary according to amenities, location, number of bedrooms, etc. Rates on rentals are also affected by which season (high or low) your vacation falls in. Expect to pay a 10% government accommodation tax and 5-10% gratuity for maid service, etc.

The high season (Winter Rates)  begins December 15th and runs through April 15th, during which you can expect to pay up to 50% more for condos or vacation villas. The low season is normally from April 14 to December 14. Between September until the middle of December, it is possible to get great deals on vacation packages, flights and hotel accommodations. This is the best time to travel on a tight budget. Several couples sharing a large condo or villa rental can save substantial amounts over a hotel room.

The Cayman Islands governments maintains strict quality controls over all the various rental establishments, and regulations ensure that your accommodations will be clean, safe and worth the price.  These policies help preserve the Cayman Islands reputation as a top vacation destination with high standards of quality and service.
